First a local number called and left a message asking me to call 1-888-743-9202. I called and got a very rude person on the line. They then must have gotten mad at me and pressed a button and immediately my phone began to ring constantly every few seconds from scam numbers about all kinds of different things.

2 min ago Every body posting here  knows exactly how Medsmart got their information. So please dont act like you have no idea why they are calling you and how they got your info. YOU went online and took a survey stating you had pain so thats how they had your name, address, DOB etc...  Medsmart actually helps alot of people. They provide healthy non narcotics pain products that are covered by your health insurance. Nowadays you can't get pain pills so there are programs out there supplying healthy alternatives. And on top of that its at no cost to you. Its great for someone like me because I stand on my feet all day and I can't take pain meds while at work. The topical pain is the best on the market. You should be lucky they are even calling you! I spoke to a telemed doctor thats in my health insurances network, no fighting traffic, no wait time like at my physicians office and no out of pocket expense The pharmacy called me 9 days later told me everything was approved and that it was being shipped out UPS. 2 days later I received my products, I recieved pain cream, pain patches, muscle relaxers, skin scar cream and the heart burn medication and again ALL at NO COST to me. Thank you Medsmart, your products and program is great for somebody like me. I will continue using your services to help with my pain. I highly recommend.

I receive at least 1 call a day for them for the past 4 months; after asking them how they got my Info and where they claim I indicated I had pain?, I asked them not to call me anymore and to remove my number from their calling list. They have continued to call from different numbers each time all with the same recorded message from a young girl "Hi this is Medsmart calling about your Perscription.......888-743-9292" on my VM. I really wish that the "Do Not Call" Registry actually worked, I am seriously sick of these people!

I would get calls daily about my prescription. I tried multiple times to get in touch with them. When I finally reached a live person, she had my name, address, etc. I told her I didn't have a prescription through them and then hung up. When I called back a man answered and said hello (and gave my name). I just hung up and won't answer anymore. Hopefully they will get tired of reaching no one and leave me alone!

I received a call from this number saying they were from MedSmart and had a pain cream prescription for me for pain. They had ALL my info address, email, DOB etc. They wanted to know what type of pain medicine I was on and when I refused to tell him he hung up on me. I called them back and he hung up again.. I called a 3rd time and spoke with a lady and she hung up on me when I requested to speak with a manager.. This is NOT a legitimate.. BEWARE!!

I received a message from Medsmart. The recording said to call (888-743-9202) about my prescription.When I called, the representative would not identify herself. She told me that Medsmart was calling about a pain cream prescription that I am authorized to receive. None of my physicians have prescribed it. I told the rep that she was incorrectly informed and not to call me again. She was rude. I suspect this person or company was going to ask for my credit card information. Be careful with "Medsmart".

They left a message with a different number to call back - 1-888-743-9202. They claimed that my insurance had approved lidocaine cream for my back pain. When I asked how they got that information they said I had indicated that I had back pain. When I pressed and asked where did I indicate that, they said my insurance had already approved the lidocaine cream and they were just trying to send it to my address and needed that information. When I asked what insurance company approved it, they hung up on me.
