People who rate this negatively clearly don't understand the nature of your typical non- profit, most of which have to do fund- raising. A big part of that is cold- calling, which nobody likes, but it's completely understandable.

I was just interested to see who called me, so I googled the number, when the phone call showed up on my phone as being from "Spam Risk." Looking through the list of identities, I see the number is associated with KPCC, one of my favorite public radio stations, so it's fine if they want to call me. No idea why they'd want to call me, though, and since the call hung up after a couple of rings, they most likely called me by mistake.
