Claimed to be for American Recovery & Reinvestment Act--calling my cell phone--to offer me $9K for paying my taxes on time and not declaring bankruptcy. Gave choice of western union, bank deposit, or credit card--did NOT give them any numbers.

Just got a call from this number. They asked for my by name and said that I had been selected to receive a grant from the "fedral govment." I could barely understand him. I told him I was not interested. He said "No wait you have been selected!" I responded with "This is a scam. Please remove my number from your calling list or I'll report this as harassment." He responded with "Hear this mother f*cker...." I didn't wait for him to finish and said "The government doesn't call people mother f*ckers you a$$ hole!" and hung up. Don't answer this number! In fact report it when you can!
