Person with a hispanic accent, sounded like he was calling from a call center, was calling to confirm roof work on my home. He knew my name and full address. He said he was with "Illinois Services" and they would be coming out without my authorization. When I tried to find more information: Who authorized the work? How did they get my information? They hung up. I've tried to call back several times now. I get a busy signal every time. I reported them to the police.

Rep called on my cell phone asked for the homeowner. Knew my address, wanted to come out to survey recent storm damage (though no severe storms have occurred recently), offering a free quote. When I continued to asked clarifying questions to understand how he obtained my information, he hung up. Calling the number back resulted in a busy signal

This number has called on my cellphone twice, with no one responding, so on my home phone I called the number, I heard the dial tone, then 3 beeps, then completely silent. The second time the number called on my cellphone, I finally blocked it.
