I am a receptionist who answered this phone call to my workplace. The caller asked to speak with the owner, but knew her first name (not last name or title). Kept asking if we had individual or group insurance and when I told her that I was not in charge of that, started asking for personal information about my age and insurance. When i refused to answer, she kept repeating her questions until she eventually gave up. I have no idea how she knew the owner's name.

Every time we get a call from them they mispronounce the owner's name (with an indian accent) and since I always say he's not available they start trying to sell me personal insurance or find out who is in charge of our company. It's a scam. No doubt. Never send them through.
