The entity (can't call them a corporation) claims to be the Green Energy Exchange, a so-called "community outreach" group. However, when asked for their corporate headquarters or address or main phone number, they refuse, then hang up.

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 63122891xx reported already, mostly with robo calls : customer service - electric bill. In the case of this number they left no message, no idea who is behind it? People please did someone answer it? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back, trying to dig some info about this number on internet first...

Same here, they just keep calling and calling when I answer they don't talk and within 5 seconds call hangup. Stop bothering people on there working time.

They claim to be with the Green energy exchange, a so-called community outreach program. But when asked for their corporate address or main phone number, they refuse, and then hang up.
