Called at almost 11 pm, did not identify himself. Told him he had the wrong number. Turns out after checking the number, it was an Enterprise rental call survey. Had he identified himself as such, and it didn't wake me up, I would have taken the survey.

Silence on the phone. I called them back. I understand why the company would want to have us answer a survey, however, they didn't ask: when I rented the car if I wanted to be surveyed and if I would accept a call from an unknown number. They shouldn't expect me to be excited about the "cold-call." The survey company has the right to call people that have been customers, however I have the right to block them and will exercise this right.
