Google support. Called me to Europe(!) because I had asked for help with G Suite. Definitely the real thing. To those who report scam calls: I suspect the scammers somehow present this number instead of their real one. If you did not request help from Google, it may be scam, but if you did, answer without doubts.

This guy named Steve called saying that my google security has been compromised. He said that all my devices have been compromised. claiming to fix it, he asked me to pay 100$ for each device. He promised that google will pay me back. After 2 days, i realized that this guy is scamming me. His intent is to take money from me and not to pay back. The number he called is 6462574500. I've been scammed and i am writing this so that no one else is targeted by this group or individual. in the online it says that this number is registered to Empire one Telecommunications.

I received a similar call today. ‘Charlie’ said my Google accounts had been compromised. When I challenged him and asked him to verify he was the real Google support, he became very rude and called me technically dumb among other things. I hung up on him. Call cam from 646-257-4500 New York NY

THey are Hackers using Ransomware that lockup your computer (Scam call) reported by


They use Ransomware to lock up your computer and they tell you that you need to go and buy $200 in Google Play card and they because the security number in the back and after you buy it they will refund you the money. In the meantime, you can go and go somewhere and have the Operation system reinstall without losing your data or you can go to Microsoft and they help you reinstall it.

They left a broken, prerecorded message saying "the IP address associated with your internet service was accessed from an unsecure foreign location recently." then they give a warning about exposed sensitive info. being at risk. They went on to say "Security alerts from Google Cloud's security support team, Press 1 to talk to an expert now to fix the issue or google will be forced to shut down your internet service."
