Harassed our employees over the phone. Called multiple times. Asked that the doctor be pulled away mid-procedure because the issue was "time-sensitive" and "urgent". Add his number to your "block" list.

Arthur Smith called our office repeatedly for the Doctor. He was rude and nasty to say the least. He lied and said he worked for Apple and wanted to interview the Doctor. When told no he repeatedly called again and again. There must be someone we can notify about him. If so ...please please let us know who to contact about him.

arthur smith called stating he was from Apple. He was rude, unprofessional and loud. The only way to get him off the phone is to hang up on him - and he called back repeatedly. He CLEARLY does not work for Apple as he would have been fired years ago for his behavior. Avoid at all costs.

"Arthur S." called and said he was with Apple and wanted to speak with the doctor in regards to an Irefer program. I told him the doctor was not here and I asked him for his phone number so the doctor could call him if he was interested. He spouted off his phone number very fast and continued with his routine verbage about the program, and stated that there was no reason for the doctor to call him back because he wasn't offering anything. He stared to become argumentative and did not like my repeated answer that the doctor would call back if he was interested, so I finally just by and hung up. He called back, and this time he was very angry and did not like the fact that I had "hung up on him" even though I told him bye, but he probably didn't hear me due to him shouting at me. He stated that ALL phone calls are recorded and that I was being unprofessional, I then asked him if he thought he was being professional by yelling at me? He didn't like that question either, and kept repeating when will the doctor be back? Then at one point said he would call him on his cell phone, I told he was more than welcome too. I finally just hung up on him again to due to him verbally harassing me and, not stopping. He called for a third time and another employee answered the phone, and he told her she was unprofessional and that a personal friend of the doctor's gave him this number and that the doctor would be disappointed in his staff for acting the way we were acting. He went on for another 10 minutes of useless blabber that meant nothing to either one of us! JUST A WARNING, you do not have to take this harassment from him and DO NOT let your doctor talk to him!!!!!

Arthur Smith called for our doctor, stating he was from Apple. When told the doctor was with patients, he repeatedly asked to speak with her. Finally took his number and hung up. In the meantime, he called the doctor's cell phone, which she did not answer because she was indeed with patients. She saw the missed call and called it back in between patients but got no response. Went back to patients. Arthur called the office line again demanding to speak to the doctor because he just missed a call with her. She answered call and then put him on hold upon realizing he was a solicitor. I picked up to get rid of him, and he got nasty and rude and pushy. I eventually hung up on him. He called again, to which I picked up and hung up.
