This number starts calling me Monday through Friday, from exactly 10:30 am to 8 pm. It's always dead silence and has a "New York" caller ID, but is no doubt some no-name, low caste, Indian trying to make a quick buck off of some ignorant old person.

This man called with a strong accent and said I have been selected for receiving grant money and then trying to argue me down that this was shut I just had to purchase a 200 registration card at Walmart . But I felt it was sketchy. They gave me a conformation number and all and said to not share it with anyone

If they ask if your name is such and such DO NOT SAY YES OVER THIS CALL!! They are recording you and hangups if you say yes and use that to sign you up for stuff. Do not I repeat DO NOT SAY YES OR YEA OR ANY SUCH! instead just ask the. Stupid questions and mess with them and tell them to never call again..

They left a message and it was a recorded message saying I have a warrant for my arrest to call another number, you call the other number and it's dead air. They will NOT call you and have a recorded message saying you have a warrant .
