I used 24-7 Moving and Storage - they are VERY unprofessional and a man named Tom has NO phone manners and they ripped me off - and had no paperwork whatsoever for me after the move was done - DO NOT USE THEM - they are crooks, liars, users, cheats and ****

They ripped me off to brought me a piece of furniture water damages liked about being in Brooklyn and showed up at my home with a dameged bed that wasn't mine and then threw it put in my building and I got a ticket from the police for ilgel dumping the refuse to tell me adtess gave a phoboe address and this was suppose my a friend of my name Jacob I was told Jacob is owner I met him several times he had my stiff over a year and for threeonths I asked for my stuff and wanted to pay him he blew me off I new it was to good to be true howuch was he charging you foronthly storage do u have a name or phone number

Hello, I just read your review about the moving company you had a terrible experience with. I wish I read these reviews before booking them, because I too, had an extremely rough experience. I am seeking legal advice, and will file a civil suit against the movers individually. This company operates under different names so it is hard to hold them accountable. If you would like to partner up in this endeavor, let me know. Its $250 to file the suit, and I am reaching out to everyone who left negative comments. The company will have to pay for our legal team as well. These people should be held accountable and I want to prevent them from doing this to others in the future. Regards, Bernie
