Recorded message says "The reason of the call is to inform you that we have filed a lawsuit against you. For more information call 786-749-0662" Doesn't even say who the "we" is. Then the phone number that is given in the recording is different from the one that is calling with the message.

Scam IRS going to take me to court .for money I (don't) owe... We have a CPA Firm who does our taxes... The IRS DOES NOT make the first contact a nasty your going to jail phone call... This worked in my Grandparents generation... They are running out of that age group... the handshake was your bond generation...Now they are hoping our generation is either to busy or stupid ti catch on till its to late.. We need to pass these numbers...

Left message telling me the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me (though they never said the name of the person they were going to sue), & to call back a certain number. This is a total scam! The IRS has to inform you by mail, not in a phone call.
