It was a call from Alibaba about some difficulties I was having with a seller. Have to say, these people are EASILY the best Customer Services in the WORLD!! HELPFUL? You bet courteous just really really nice ladies!!

L'appel était en anglais, un homme me parlait et me questionnait, d'après son intonation. Je n'ai compris que "Alibaba" et mon prénom. Ça a raccroché subitement quand j'ai essayé de lui faire comprendre que je ne parle pas anglais. J'ai rappelé, j'ai entendu un message préenregistré en anglais qui a dit le mot "Alibaba" dans son texte, puis une madame m'a répondu. J'ai essayé de parler en anglais, mais mon anglais et médiocre et je n'ai rien compris de ce qu'elle me disait à part "bye bye" à la fin. Ça n'a pas rappelé, je n'ai pas eu d'autre signe par courriel, SMS ni dans mon compte Alibaba. Personne sur Alibaba est en mesure de me dire c'était quoi cet appel, ni si ce numéro est d'Alibaba ou non, et je ne me souviens pas du nom de l'homme qui m'a parlé la première fois. Désormais si ça réarrive, je vais juste dire : "I am sorry, I don't speak English." Je suis fâché.
