I was on a call with the good rx program when my phone started blowing up in my ear. 9 missed calls from this number while I was on the phone with the different number with the same company. If I picked up once why continuously call me for ten minutes straight while I'm answering your questions?

I recently downloaded and used discount coupon for the antidepressant Trintellix . This drug has actually really helped my depression and the coupon took my cost from $75 to $10. If the Company wants to follow up with me to make sure the discount card worked and the medication is working, that seems like good customer service to me.

I’ve been getting nonstop calls and emails from Takeda because I downloaded a coupon for Trintellix so I could pick up my wife’s prescription. (I couldn’t, by the way.) Very annoying.
