Upon arrival to hotel we were told no reservation. 9 hours in the lobby with Cheapoair's customer service in India. No results. On the third day booked another hotel 3 hours away, paid additional $ 2000. and ended up at a horrible hotel with very rocky beach. Total cost for this horrible vacation is $8200. Cheapoair refunded only $2961. Net cost $ 5200 AND A VACATION FROM HELL. BEWARE, BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS IN FRAUDULENT BUSINESS... Ian Jarvis 3 months ago Note to Cheapo CEO, Sam Jain. Sam, what's cheap about booking a $250 flight with Spirit Air when that sale is a scam commonly called "Bait and switch." No one on CheapO's crack team mentioned that Spirit charges up to $100 per bag - including carry ons - and $45 to reserve any seat !! Don't you think, Sir, that along with page after page congratulating yourselves on your philanthropy, maybe the first people you should take care of are your clients and simply let them know about no option surcharges that will easily double our costs?
