They phoned, claiming to be from "The Wall Street Journal". They wanted me to take part in a survey about business conditions in my country. Why would anyone phone me for my opinion when I am not a business person, not an economist and not anyone with any kind of influence or business expertise? I hung up.

received call from this number and didn't answer, figuring they'd leave a message; call said it came from NY even though it's a 646 area code. Nearly exactly 2 minutes later, an 'unknown' comes in from 1-866-641-3297 - Geneologybank.com a site I was visitng. Strange thing is, I don't live in NY but my phone thinks I do.....

Had trouble pronouncing my name, had some ESL trouble with telling me about an investment company. I asked to be taken off their list and he yelled "Why!?" It was kind of funny. Hopefully I don't get the 10x calls someone else did...

I didnt answer, voicemail was left. Heard someone in the back ground being very pushy with another caller, telling them they were foolish for not investing and doubling their money. Man speaking was very loud yelling at who ever he was talking to.
