a female stated she was calling from medicare asked me if I was so and so (my name) and unfortunately they hung up. I think the female was an automated voice. I am majorly concerned that I just agreed to something!!

I answered and a live person introduced himself as "Jason from American Solar." When I asked him to please remove my number because we are on the do not call list, he disconnected the call.

Same thing here--I answered the call being that it was a NY (local number) and it was obvious as soon as I answered that it was a robocall (that weird bleep/chirp noise you hear) that then switched over to "Jason from American Solar" and I cut him off and said he does not have permission to call this number and to remove it from his list and he immediately disconnected the call.
