these people called saying they were with the irs. number came up from Los Angeles. They had heavy accents. I know how the irs works when you owe them money because I have a family member that does tax auditing. anyway I pretty much told them to stop calling me or I will have the number tracked. He finally said that there was nothing I could do because he was calling from Afghanistan. and that Americans are stupid and that they wanted our money.....

Received a phone call from a heavy accented guy stating that I was being sued. He asked me several times what my attorney's name was and demanded to speak with him. He said that I received 7 statements in the mail regarding this issue, which I never have received nothing. He would not explain to me exactly what I owed and to whom I supposedly owed. I can not figure out what his point was, maybe he was bored and felt like bugging someone. He never asked for money. He did have my prior address and my last four of ssn. Not very nice after I said that I will contact the BBB about false claims to a person. he hung up!

June 2, 2016 time is 5:49... I got the same phone call and it was a heavy accent as well. Asked for my attorney info. I asked him why are you calling me? He says that I'm being sued on criminal charges. I am asking him, What are you talking about?. We have sent you information to your email address in this case. I was transferred to another man who read this statement that is this so called lawsuit. I questioned him about the company (National Credit Agency) I also asked when this incident took place? He relies, "about 3 to 4 years ago. I asked what where the charges.. He then says "EFT, Check Fraud, Grand Theft, Money Laundering in the amount of $5,362.58 is owed". Then he says something about my job, that I gave payroll information to someone(lmao). He then says " I will be receiving a phone call or a person to hand deliver this subpoena and I can explain this to the judge". I told him that if I found out that this is a SCAM, I'm going find an attorney and sue you. I knew it was a scam because people are never sued through an email.

This guy was clearly from overseas, heavy accent and asked for my attorney's name as I am being sued. I gave him my attorney's name, hung up and had my attorney call them! Apparently, they told him they were mistaken and had the wrong person. Dummies!

I received a call from 646-918-5631 by a foreign man name J. A. The first thing he asked, "What is my lawyer's name?" When I asked why he wants that. He replied, "I guess you don't know that you are being sued, so I understand." Little does he know, I have a scam blocker on my phone. I told him that I will call my attorney and have him contact the Deputy Sheriff of my state. He became rude and I hung up the phone.

These Indians called me today and claimed to be an attorney office and had my personal info. They said in being sued in federal court for not repaying some online loan that I never took years ago. I'm confused because they never asked for money and were very technical. Even read me an affidavit and the "charged" I'm facing. Glad to see someone else reporting this as a scam. Dirty bastards....
