After receiving a robocall from 651-265-1998 which was just a recording asking me to call the HealthPartners business office at that number, I called the HealthPartners billing questions line at 651-265-1999. The real person who answered explained that 651-265-1998 is a legitimate number for HealthPartners, usually used to call patients who have invoices that are more than 60 days past due. Turns out I did owe a small amount so I paid it online and the matter was settled. So, if you have received healthcare from HealthPartners, and you get a call from 651-265-1998, call the HealthPartners business office at 651-265-1999 to make arrangements to pay your bill. This is not a scam. It is a legitimate healthcare provider's business office.
