I have received irregular spates of calls from this number. If you answer, you will eventually hear a fax tone. On my answering machine is also fax tones only. Since I deal with numerous insurance companies, I assumed it might be from one of them. One reviewer suggested it was UHC or Optum. I have called both of those companies and neither has this number registered as one of theirs. Optum said they do not have any companies in MN. No resolution, no ID for this number.

Every few weeks I'll get 5-10 calls in a row w fax machine beeping, often leaving msg after msg after msg that I later have to delete and often interrupting me when I'm with patients (doctor's desk phone). I have faxed back a page asking them to stop faxing to this number, but it continues every few weeks and I can't block the number from my landline work desk phone.

For several months this number has continuously called my direct line all day, night, and weekends. I come in to over 50 voicemails of a fax tone. When answered and I forward to my actual fax number, it is correspondence from OPTUMRx Medication Adherence Program. There is no call back number. When I call OPTUMRx, they are unable to determine how my direct line is being called. They state they do use 3rd party fax service but they are not able to make any changes. Extremely frustrating and a huge waste of my time on their poorly run program.
