Caller left message saying "This is Ryan from the Head Office of the Social Security Administration. Your social security number has been the defaulted with fraudulent activities. Contact fraud prevention unit at 678-221-4395 immediately. I repeat 678-221-4395" The verbiage in this message does not make sense and who says they are from he Head office of the SS Admin. Clearly Fraud/Scam.

Supposedly about our health care coverage. (Robocall) reported by


Caller ID thought it was spam, but also said "UnitedHlt". Robocall purporting to be from United Healthcare asking for my husband by name and asked I was was him. I said no and was given the option of saying "wait" (till he came to the phone) "message" (he's at WORK!) or "wrong number"). I picked the second and got a phone # and "security code" to call back with. I then tried hanging up and calling my husband to tell him about it but for a couple of minutes it was still connected to the robocall running over and over.... He's going to contact United Healthcare directly (NOT the number in the message) and find out if this is legit or not.... And even if it is suggest that this is NOT a good way to do business.... (I had bloody war with UPMC over robocalls -- and they haven't been our provider for several years! Reported them to the Federal DNC list -- even though one of the people I talked to at "UPMC for Life" claimed that charities were exempt. I said "NOT IF WE TELL YOU TO STOP CALLING US, IT'S NOT!" (and that part was included on the DNC list's complaint form).
