Voicemail states that they have a file on their desk and need to make a decision regarding this file. They would like input from me prior to making a decision about this file. Additionally at the beginning of the call a robo man voice States my deceased mother's name.

Same as the other reports. They claim ‘you’ owe money, without even saying your name. Won’t say to whom you owe money, or when, or for what; just ‘pay us or else’. Take the ‘or else’. We have always paid our debts, and have the credit scores to prove it. If you think the debt could be yours, the statute of limitations has expired if you do not agree you owe the money. They have no recourse. If you admit to the debt, or worse, make a payment (even out of fear), the clock starts again on the time they have to collect. Do nothing. Just block the phone number. I don’t know why some enterprising attorney does not file a class action suit against the phone company providing the scammers’ service. I have no doubt complaints have been made, and they know the situation, but they continue to take money from the scammers, and provide them phone service to continue scamming. That makes them part of the scam and getting a cut of the take. A civil RICO lawsuit would be an obvious path to shut it all down. Any attorney doing this would get my vote for a public office!

Told that I would loose all of my legal rights, drivers license, garnished and served papers at my place of employment if I didn't respond or take action now! I asked them to send paper work that shows this past debt, she said it was sent to me 7 - 8 years ago and they didn't need to send it again. I declined to give any information or agree to setup a payment. Before she hung up rudely, she said "Good luck in court or jail".

Called and left a recorded vm that they are collecting a debt and that court papers will be filled and served at my home or business. I have had this call several times and when you return the call to these people they won't give you their name, send paperwork, and always give me a phony payday loan they say I owe. Newsflash, I never took out a payday loan and am debt free! Reporting them to the FCC!
