Stating that they are in the attorneys office and that they’ve been trying to get a hold of me and because I did not answer the phone they will Send officers to my work place or my home to pick me up. Gave me a file number and different phone number. Call my phone both times today

They said I owe $900 since 2012 they have been looking for me and they are going to freeze all of my assets and I will have to pay $3000.00 in damages. I asked them send me documentation where I owed them. The gentlemen started yelling and hung up. I called back three times and he continue to display the same behavior.

Refer Matter Back to an Attorney to have me picked up! (Debt collector) reported by


Female Caller identified herself as Olivia Shaw and asked me if I was ....and I said, yes. She said I had not returned her calls and she was going to refer the matter back to an Attorney. I asked her "for what"? She became very rude and said,I was interrupting her. She said she was going to have me picked up. And hung up the phone. I immediately called her back and she finally answered the 2nd time and said Mr. .... what can I do for you? I wanted to know if she had the correct individual and she gave me an incorrect DOB. I said this is not my DOB. She then said could it be a relative or another person. I told her it has to be another person with my same name. She then rudely, hung up on me.

Over 1 year for some reason all 16 scam debt collectors want to collect off a Walmart card. I have a paid in full letter and it’s off my credit report this years last month. They won’t give me anything address or email to send what I have. They threatened to have me locked up. They are scams. Makes me sick they do this to people that don’t know
