some 3rd party provider working with emory. they have no idea why they are calling. all accounts were sorted years ago. apparently this office doesnt think so and years later starts calling, but don't know what for. they have not sent any actual mail. all billing is handled through emory main billing and there is 0 owed anywhere as confirmed by the actual hospital. just block it. sounds like an automated system glitch that calls former patients for no reason.
