Got a call asking for the owner which was me. They told me I qualified for a wholesale conversion of my credit card processing based on my rating with my provider and wanted to know if I received the flyer they recently sent. I told them I didn't remember seeing anything, but if they wanted to resend it, I would look for it and IF I was interested, I would give them a call.... They kept insisting they could help me and wanted to send a rep out to speak with me. I asked why my provider had not called with this info already and was told they are not "wholesale" thus not eligible. Then said they would send a rep out to my location to go over some rates. I asked what the agent was going to offer me and then was told I would have to wait for the rep. Again I asked what rates were they offering and kept getting the same "Wholesale conversion speil". I tried to tell them I wasn't interested and kept trying to stop me from hanging up. I decided to play along for a bit to keep them on the phone so they couldn't call someone else. Finally I told them to remove me from their calling list as I wasn't interested and they said there is no such thing. After 5 good minutes of listening to the BS I said no thank you and hung up.

Called twice. They did not say anything the first time. I had to literally scream to get them to say anything. They asked for the owner and I said they aren't available, May I help you. Then he asked for the owner again and I had to repeat myself and they said well I guess I have the wrong number. You can tell it is a BS Spam telemarketer.

Calls repeatedly to speak with owner. Office manager has already spoken with them. They still call back after being told numerous times we are not interested in anything they have to offer. We have finally just blocked their number and will block any number in the future that is associated with their company.

They had a lady names Arianna call and speak with the receptionist saying they were coming next week to upgrade out payment system. She kept saying it is a wholesale conversion and would speak over the receptionist every time she tried to get a word in edgewise. The kicker is, we DO NOT use an on-site credit processing company. We use an offsite processor because of this very thing. This is very scary that they are calling demanding to change out a system. If someone lets them, I have a feeling their money would disappear with their new system.

Call was to find out if I had received information that was allegedly mailed regarding credit card processing; there was no such mail received. Told the caller that the number was on the Federal Do-Not-Call list, and his statement was that "there is no such list", and wanted to argue the point. Finally hung up on his. Ridiculous. Next call will be to the State's Office for Consumer Affairs. I've successfully sued telemarketers before, put one in jail. Looks like I have another project for the month.

Lexi wanted to speak with the owner- I asked in reference to what (owner wants to know) she wouldnt tell me..said she could only speak to owner about banking. I told her our owner isnt in charge of the banking. She asked me to have him call her and I had to explain that if she didnt leave a detailed message, he would not return her call. I finally hung up on her.

Harrassing phone calls (Telemarketer) reported by


A female named Brandy called and asked to speak to (me) the owner of the company, after about 30 seconds of listening to her spiel, if I had received their piece of mail they sent me last week on my business credit card. I decided I had no interest and kindly asked her to take me off her list. In which she replied "there is no list" and said that I didn't give her the time to "hear her out". After that I kindly hung up and she called back not once, not twice, but 5 times in a row! I answered to make it stop and told her once again to remove me from their list. I became angry and then she questioned me if this is how I do business, I said it is when the phone calls become annoying and repetitive when I am actually trying to get work done. She made the comment "you wouldn't even give me the time of day to explain" I said its 3:17 pm and she hung up.

They call everyday trying to speak to the CEO about their services and our account. We don't have an account with them. I told them as much. I asked to be removed from the list she said there is no list. I said I don't want anymore calls as they call nearly everyday. She said I have to wait for the end of the week conversion...whatever that is. She continued to tell me it's not a sales call. I'm not interested. I asked if there was someone else to speak with she said no and that she wishes she could give me more information. Anyway, I had time this morning and she got fed up of all my questions and requested for them not to call back and anymore and made her escape off the phone. TL:DR don't answer this call.
