$379 travel package offer (Scam call) reported by


This guy called me and offered me a $379 las vegas travel package offer with a special $1000 travel credit and land package. I tested him and asked him if he can call me back in 20 minutes I need to speak to my husband. He kept pressuring me for a credit card and said it would only take 60 seconds of my time and I have 2 full weeks for a refund in case I change my mind. I stuck to my gut and told him it would convenience me if he could call me back in 20 minutes. He said no have a good evening. THIS IS CLEARLY A SCAM FOR CREDIT CARD INFO. Please advise anyone you may know about the hoax travel package scam!

LV vacation demands my CC number (Scam call) reported by


Offered great trip package for $379, total package value thousands. Asked for credit card. Promised email confirmation after cc provided. Told me I don't have to trust him, cuz cc company would cover losses. I said I'm sure this is an honest deal but I can't give cc, and he hung up immediately without another word.

Called and said I was a preferred client and spoke about going often to Vegas. Asked if I went there often, I said, no. Then they said "thank you" and hung up. Was expected a sales push but that was the end of the conversation.

My voice mail uses only my 1st name. When I actually answered, the male person on the other end tried to use my 1st name to show he knew me, but could come up with zero on my full name. When he realized he was getting nothing from me. He Hung Up!

They are selling a travel package to las vegas. When I asked to be removed from their call list, he said, this is not a call list. When I said "really, then who are you?" His response was, "Ha, see you should not have asked to be removed and then hung up". Waste of 14 seconds.
