they have just called me and they called my dad aswell. How the hell do they have my last 4-digit of SSN? i Didnt have any loans and insist that i do. Can we call or file a complain somewhere? it need to stop....

They have been calling non stop for a while. First time they called they said it was for a credit card i owed on.... i dont have a credit card. After that it became collections for a payday loan in 2010. I hadnt applied for a payday loan until recently

Claimed to be a debt collector for Liberty Financial and had my last 4 of social. However, I have never done any business with liberty. Also when they claimed they have info to take me to court. I told them that by law they are suppose to contact me about any lawsuit in writing. She got made. Sais she will give all the info she collected to Liberty and I wait for summons. I begin to talk and she then hung up on me. Note: Caller had strong foreign Indian accent. Very rude

Rude and I had to curse them out after calling me 4 times in a row and hanging up in my face when I said not to call me. Then they called AGAIN right after that and threatened me about suing. I in turn threatened to sue for harassment and they hung up. Idiots have been put on my block list...

Same people claiming to be a debt collector ,now call from this tel but it is the same company. They are rude and dont give any info about the debt but claim to have all they need to take you to court. It is going on for over 1 year and they still trying their little nasty tactics.
