Of course, it is a robo caller. CID Unavailable and hanging up after the 2nd is their standard MO. These dimwits, nitwits, morons, stupids, nincompoops, pond scum POS will near learn because they have friends in high places like the stupid, greedy phone cos that continue to allow these pond scums POS to open new accts day in and day out. Every time we block one POS number, 15 are waking up from their graves with new numbers. I have a used rocket in my back yard and will happy to pack all these pond scum POS along with phone co CEOs like sardines so they can fly to planet mars and burn as soon as they leave the earth's atmosphere !!!!! World will become a little nicer place for the rest of us.
