I don't have family or friends in Vegas as I am a Canadian. I get these calls all with similar numbers from Vegas so I am 100% sure is telemarketing BS and I wish someone could shut them down. So a warning to others don't bother with them and block them all.

I answered the phone and a woman (with an American accent) asked "is there a (my name) there?" I asked if I could ask who's calling and she said something, but the connection was bad. I asked her to repeat because I didn't hear her. She hung up on me

Say they are Vegas Vacations. Told them numerous times NO THANKS and stop calling me. They continue to call sometimes 2-3 times in a day. And they call at the most inopportune times of the evening. Wish they would just stop harassing me.
