NFCU claims. Calls and calls. I have received multiple messages and voice mails from them. Always with an 800 number to call back to. I called NFCU and spoke to someone that helped me put notes on my account, but I have not and will not be calling or answering this phone number back.

Past due $$$ on a couple accounts. Talked to a nice guy from NFCU. I was able to get a couple extensions. I did not have to provide any sensitive information beyond providing my name, email, and address for verification purposes. Recommend picking up.

Called my cell. Based on other reviews, it sounds like the user claims to represent Navy FCU. However, I don't have an account with Navy FCU, and I never give my cell number to businesses/banks. Thus, a few red flags that scream "Scam" or "phishing"...

Not legitimate debt collector (Scam call) reported by ang
claimed they were navy fed debt collection. The gave me a credit card number (that I was unsure of because I have replaced my card) told me I owed a balance, and said my last payment was months ago and I obviously need to pay, and if I couldn't pay they could provide me with financial relief. This is all untrue because I have been making monthly payments and the balance was different on my credit card than the one mentioned. I hung up, called the REAL navy federal phone number and inquired about this, she said it must be a fraudulent number calling because I was up to date on payments, and had no accounts in collections. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO.

They called me from this number for a fraud prevention issue with my card -- someone had stolen my card and was attempting to use it. This was definitely a legitimate call and is not spam or a scam.

My name ISN'T Jacob and they keep calling me somehow even though I blocked the number. When I saw who called, it was a different number but the voicemail is the same number. I've had about enough of them trying to call me. They will not stop calling me, each and every day they try to reach me. I got 9 voicemail messages from them so far.. probably more later on. :(
