I did not answer the call. They left me the following voice mail. This one five the nature and the purpose of this call is regarding an enforcement action which has been executed by the US Treasury Dept regarding tax fraud against your name ignoring this would be an intentional attempt to avoid appearance before magistery judge. reach out your exemptery for federal criminal offense so before this matter goes to federal claims courthouse or before you get arrested. Kindly call us back on our number as soon as possible. The number is 704-209-9176.

IRS Threatening a warrant for my arrest. (Scam call) reported by


First received a call from and automated message trying to play off as an officer and told me I was guilty of tax evasion and call back as soon as possible. Called back later that day and got a human male also claiming to be an officer from the treasury of the United States. I asked to speak to someone in person because I didn't feel comfortable discussing over the phone. He then hung up and proceeded to call him back. Once again I asked him if I could talk in person and he refused say "There is a warrant for your arrest for tax fraud and evasion." I then asked to speak to someone above him and he said there wasn't anyone and that he was the head officer of the treasury. I then said I don't feel comfortable discussing this over the phone and he told me to disconnect and he will start my legal case. He started speaking again but I had hung up just as he started.

a robo call of officer Rebecca Johnson badge number 9615, is calling me to warn me the IRS has an enforcement action against me threatening arrest and I better call her back. I can't wait to have fun with them after work tonight!
