Called up BOA and they had no record of having provided any call to me. They also said that they only call from 1-800 numbers also. If my bank doesn’t have any record of having called me, I’m saying this is a scam call.

Automated system said they were with BOA and to call back a 866-533-8096 phone number. I called the ACTUAL Bank of America number on my auto loan and they show no notes or any reason anyone was calling me! The times I did get a call from Bank of America there was an actual person leaving me a voicemail not an automated system.

Bank of America was following-up on a loan application. It was automated and only asked me to validate my name which it stated to me and stated that I only had to print my letter off and take to the dealership. The loan approval process stated they would call me the next day and this was it.
