Caller advised of unpaid debt to US Diagnostics Lab in the amount of $391.04 from April 2018. Caller would not give the doctor or facility name where labs were taken due to HIPPA laws. I checked my medical claims for 2018 and wasn't treated and/or had labs during that time period. I called US Diagnostics home office, their customer service says they receive as many as 40 calls a day reporting scammer. Tried to call number back 706-287-8274 and was disconnected.

Consumer Collections Agency SCAM (Debt collector) reported by


A woman said she was calling from a consumer collections agency and that I owed $406.92 for diagonistic and lab work done in March of 2018. Then she proceeds to ask me if I would like to pay by Visa, MasterCard..... At this point I'm angry. I say, "Ma'm I don't pay anything over the phone and I have never even received fine bill for this. Not even one phone call." She proceeds to tell me that they have tried multiple times to reach me. She spits out my address and misses the first number for my street. I let her know that I will not be paying for something I have never received any thing about. She tells me that they will send out another notification and it is the last one. Don't trust this number. It is a total scam! I have never had any work done!

They called and said that I owed $465.91 for blood work from April 2018. They knew my name and address. They called at 4:55 and said I had to pay by 5:30 or it would be turned over. They said it came from US Diagnostics which isn't in our area. Caller said her name was Tabitha Brown. She said they have sent 6 letters to us, which we have received none. I let her know I was not paying and that if needed I will call a lawyer. I also told her that I believed she was lying and I would check my statements and claims. However, they know that you can't search back more than 24 months, so I wasn't able to check. We tried calling back from two other numbers twice. Two calls didn't connect, and two they hung up on us.

Collecting non existent medical bill debt (Debt collector) (Debt collector) reported by


They called me to collect $463.27 debt for blood work back in March 2018. They knew my name and my previous address. They claimed that they mailed me about the debt, but never received anything regarding this. Wife is NP and we are covered by TRICARE who typically covers this type of work.. they hung up.. We called them back 5 mins later and they asked if we were Vets and we said Yes and she said the bill had been cleared.. Definitely a Scam..

They called me to collect $371.54 debt blood work bill from 2018. They knew my name and my address. They claimed that they mailed me about the debt, but I have never received anything regarding this. They were eager to collect the debt, and when I told them that I am not paying anything, and mail whatever they have, they hang up the phone.
