A scammer trying to sell something that he needs no one's financial help with, if it actually worked. He would just bet on himself, and his wonderful "system" instead.

The VM implied I had called them or had already expressed interest in their company. They referenced a website, they wanted me to go to www.15ksystems.com and I didnt go to the site, for fear it was a tracking device or would steal my IP or other information.
