I only got 4 seconds worth of the message, which co sisted of their phone number. Nomorobo reports this is a computer scam with the following message: "My name is Kathy Jackson I am calling you from Microsoft refund Department please do not hang up you have paid for your computer technical support few months ago we are calling to refund your money as the company has been ordered to close down please call us on our toll free number 706-309-6968 repeating again 706-309-6968 thank you." My number has been on Do Not Call list since Nov 2015 but these jokers called me twice today alone...even after being warned by my voicemail that telemarketing calls aren't welcome.
