fake payday loan lawsuit scam...they push hard and try to intimidate. Just remember if you ever are really getting sued? They don't call, they send a processor and hope you ignore court so they can get a judgement.

Anyone who falls for this garbage is nuts! They claim I owed money for a payday loan and threatened me with everything from freezing bank accounts to being arrested all of which are garbage. They can't do any of those things! Not even the IRS does this! If you had anything serious your credit report would be hit and you would get a letter in the mail...Don't pay these scammers a penny!!!

They left me a bogus message stating that they will be coming to my place of employment or home to serve me with a notice in regards to a Payday loan from 2012. I asked her send me the actual bill and she said that was an intermediary and would refer me back to the Creditor. I told her that she was full of Ka-Ka and she commenced on saying so was I and called me a thief. LoL. I told her that she was working for Thieves and if she called me again, I will press charges against her. Her name is Ashley ... Don't bow down to these ****.

I received a voicemail from a robot telling me that a civil suit was being filed against me (reason not stated) and that I needed to call immediately in order to avoid having a supeona sent to my place of employment!! There is NO reason for any kind of civil suit against me as I do not owe anyone money aside from my regular household bills. I received a similar call years ago from an Arabic gentleman stating that there was a "lawsuit filed against my social security number" (because THAT makes sense). I yelled at the guy and he continued to threaten me daily with my arrest. Coincidentally, our bank account was compromised and drained even though I did NOT give anyone this information!! Scary ****, do NOT give these people the time of day and report it to your local authorities as they can access a national database...

A gentleman named Steve Tayloy stated that I owed on a Payday Loan back in 2011. I explained I had no payday loan at anytime he then put me through to a supposed Para Legal and she said if i didn't make a secure payment at that time my accounts would be froze in 72 hours and that I would be served papers and they would charge me with Deception of Theft. I explained once I made a payment that would be acknowledging that it was my debt and they said yes. They are to call me back this a.m. for payment if I don't make payment my licence will be suspended and I will be served to go to court and accounts froze.

Called to tell me they collecting on a pay day loan. Application never completed. Interest rate is to high. Deposit never made to my account but hey insisted I pay them. They said Sherriff will arrest me if I don't pay them. They took three payments from me 6 months ago and now calling me again for same thing.

Ashley called me from this number and left a voicemail stating the call is regarding litigation against me and that I had to call 901-203-0802 before 5pm today. I called the 901 number and she answered and said "this is Ashley", no company name. I hung up. She called back from the 706 number and just asked "did you call"? I said no and she hung up. The tip-off for me is that in the voicemail she used my last name before I was widowed (and eventually remarried), from many many years ago. After reading the reviews on here, I now know not to even worry about this. I've been contacted in a similar way before and it was regarding a payday loan that I never had.

I spoke to a girl named Ashley stating I had an online loan from 6 years ago in which I do not. She had my social, etc. which is scary. I asked for more info and she didn't have it. She said that I would be receiving a subpoena and they will freeze my assets. People are terrible!! I hope they get caught!!!

Payday loan collector - it's a scam. I've never had a payday loan. Threatened me with arrest, suspend my driver's license, then when I asked about the Fair Collection Act, she claimed they are litigators not trying to collect a debt (ha,ha). Refused to provide written verification of the debt, etc. Can't arrest over a civil matter but she's a scammer I tried to tell her Jesus saves, asked if her mother was proud of what she does, she's a scammer - she doesn't care.
