Scam call playing a recorded message claiming to be from Microsoft, but clearly not. The recording offers a refund from Microsoft--for some tech support that I never got--and says that the refund is being made "because the company is closing." No human speaks--it's just a recording. It asks you to call that same number (706-749-13xx), which nobody should ever do! They're surely trying to collect information--they would probably ask for the caller's credit card number, so the refund can be applied. Never give such information out unless you know it's something totally legitimate (which these people are certainly not!!!). Even if you just called them, they'd have your phone number marked as a "responder" and you could expect to be put on a LOT of scammers' call lists! Nobody should consider these calls "Neutral"--they are absolutely "Negative" because they're dishonest, illegitimate attempts to steal money and/or information from anyone they can ****! Beware!

I got the same call as well. I did try to call back because mine just said a company is closing and trying to issue a refund, which I figured was a scam, but I wasnt sure if it was a company I ordered something from so I called back to just see what they said and the number wont even ring, it just beeps. Scam!
