This company changed my life for the better. Don't listen to all the negative comments on this page. From what I've heard, they're obviously the group former employees that were fired from the company for sexual harassment.

supposedly Department of Education (Debt collector) reported by


Robin was very rude and irrate with me and stated that I owed 287.00 in interest rate from my school loans and was going to turn me in and they would garnish my wages. I don't have late payments and when I told her she was not allowed to be rude to me she told me I was not allowed to tell her how to talk to me and she hung up on me and would not listen or answer any of my questions about how they got my name or number or information about my supposedly late interest rate on my school loans. When I explained that my school loans were on time and they were getting paid she inquired about more information and when I wouldn't give up the information she got more irrate and hung up on me and then I called her back and she won't answer now!

This number called and left a message about collecting a debt and gave a number to call back. When I called back all the answering service said was that all representatives were busy and to leave a message. I've never called a collections agency that doesn't give the company name and their legal disclaimers. Pretty sure this isn't legit.

They said I owed taxes on my student loan. I asked for more information and a statement or bill. They said they would not provide one. I said then I can not pay them. They said I would pay them through the IRS and hung up on me.

The lady was very rude about it - same issue - late payment on interest of student loans - when I wouldn't give information about what I pay or how I pay she got more irrate and then hung up on me and when I called back she stated that she would turn me in for not complying and garnish my wages - but would not allow me to ask questions. When I told her to stop being rude and answer my questions she told me I was not allowed to tell her how to talk to me and she hung up - she said her name was Robin, now I can't get a single call from 3 different phones to go through -
