They have called me on numerous occasions on what they are saying is a 10 year old debt, that they are going to start garnishing. I have no clue what they are talking about and when I asked for proof they said they didn't have to prove anything.

They've called me 5 times and I never pick up but they leave me a message saying there's a pending case against me. The recorded voicemails have people with different accents and they somehow never tell you the company they're working or what the "urgent matter" is that they're calling you about. They've subsequently called me with dozens of different phone numbers including some that are very similar to my own phone number and the call filter app I've installed has not been working as well as it should. Make sure to report them to the FTC or the Better Business Bureau if you can obtain their real information.

I started getting these phone calls after getting a new cell phone number from my carrier. The people using this number have been calling my cell phone at least twice a week and sometimes twice a day. Today, I actually talked to a human(?)who told me I needed to calm down. They are trying to collect a debt from someone I have never known. They are annoying and obviously not very good at their job!
