I answered call, but didn't say anything important. They fumbled around, not knowing what "Bank" they were pretending to be. Asked for my name and SS#. Knew then it was a SCAM and HUNG UP. Called real Chase number, which I already had, and it wasn't them. Chase said it was a SCAM.
