Nameless and vague (Scam call) reported by Liv
Caller has been harassing my store for the manager to serve legal papers (and other stores nearby from the same chain asking for my specific manager), extremely vague about everything, when I took down a case number they wouldn't repeat anything for me when I asked for clarification. After I took it down I was about to ask about further clarification and they hung up on me. We're a corporate business and they're trying to get her to "sign something legal" because they couldn't get a response from corporate. Next I call them back (all they answered with is "corporate office" no name of any place) and they changed their story on me saying it has nothing to do with corporate, which if it were legal it would. They then started to defer some of my anger because his specific number doesn't make outbound calls... Like that matters. I accused them of scamming and they skirted around the accusation and wouldn't even say the word scam. Kind of just a fun way to waste a scammers time at the end of the day.

I received call said they have legal documents to serve me with some papers. Then they gave me another number to call 866-377-8140. The company name is Legal Document Management. Probably a Debt collector

Sounded like a debt collector to me. Said she has some important "legal documents" and needed me to call "the firm" at 424-264-0257. Gave me a case #, and said she didn't have any other information. She also said she'd put a "two hour hold" on the documents so I'd have time to call them. Either a debt collector or phishing attempt, I'm not sure which. But shouldn't be a debt collector as I haven't had any new debts/unpaid bills in years.
