scam. a woman, Sasha, with heavy accent from a call center offered me warranty for my car. I told her i was interested, give me your number (so i could file a lawsuit. I am in donot call list) and after that she hanged up.

This is such an ongoing scam. I always ask them if they are calling from the dealership or BMW and their reply is always we work with many automotive manufacturers, but they never have a reply as to where they are calling from other than "the vehicle service department. Theyre just looking to take your money .. complete scam!
