Trying to find my brother saying they had currier documents (Scam call) reported by


They called asking to speak to my brother. Saying they had legal documents for him to sign and threatened he would have warrant issued if not spoken to. My brother is a strait shooter never in trouble with the law. Never even had a parking ticket or a traffic ticket in his life.

Location investigator (Unsolicited call) reported by


He said he was hired to locate me for a legal matter. He said I had 1 hour to get in contact with that number or there could be a bench warrant issued. He gave me a bogus case number. I told him I haven't done anything illegal so I wouldn't call unless he provided me more info. He said he couldn't due to privacy. I never called it back.

RECEIVED CALL 1/9/23 AT 10:34 AM CALLER ID SHOWS FROM BUENA PARK A GENTLEMAN ASKED TO SPEAK WITH (FATHERS NAME) OR MYSELF AND THEY STATED THAT THEY HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH THEM AND NOTICED THEY HAD MY NAME LISTED DOWN AS REFERENCE AND THEY HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO GET A HOLD OF THEM AND THEY WERE CALLING FROM RIVERSIDE,CA COURT TRYING TO DELIVER DOCUMENTS FOR A RESIDENCE COMPLAINT AND HAD AN ADDRESS ON FILE. THEY NEEDED TO DELIVER THE DOCUMENTS BUT NEEDED SOMEONE TO SIGN FOR THEM. THEY GAVE A CASE NUMBER 204991CA AS REFERENCE AND A NUMBER TO CALL 866-218-3412. NO CASE NUMBER EXISTS WHEN SEARCHED ON GOV SITE.
