FED UP WITH CSG COLLECTIONS! ***** FIGHT BACK AGAINST CSG COLLECTIONS ***** I RECEIVED A CALL ON MY HOME PHONE ON THE MORNING OF 01/18/2016 FROM CSG COLLECTIONS. A MESSAGE WAS LEFT BY CSG. THE MESSAGE ADVISED THAT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR MY DAUGHTER. MY DAUGHTER RESIDES IN TUSCALOOSA, ALABAMA. I RETURNED THE CALL, 844-582-6900 AND LEFT A MESSAGE AS WELL. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, A REPRESENTATIVE CALLED MY HOME. HE ADVISED HIS NAME WAS TRACY. HE STATED THAT HE WAS LOOKING FOR MY DAUGHTER. I ADVISED HIM THAT MY DAUGHTER LIVES IN TUSCALOOSA. HE WENT ON TO TELL ME ABOUT A BILL THAT SHE HAS AND HOW IT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN CARE OF. HE ADVISED ME THAT THIS WAS THE FINAL OPPORTUNITY FOR THE MATTER TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IN ORDER TO KEEP IT OUT OF THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM. HE STATED THAT IF SHE DID NOT TAKE CARE OF THE MATTER, THE LEE COUNTY LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES WILL GET INVOLVED. I ADVISED HIM AGAIN THAT MY DAUGHTER DOES NOT LIVE HERE AND HASN'T LIVED HERE FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS. HE ASKED ME DID I HAVE AN ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER FOR MY DAUGHTER. I ADVISED HIM THAT I DO HAVE A NUMBER FOR HER. AS I WAS RETRIEVING THE NUMBER, TRACY ADVISED ME THAT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO CALL MY HOME BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER USED OUR NUMBER AND ADDRESS WHEN SHE FILLED OUT THE APPLICATION. I ADVISED HIM THAT I UNDERSTAND THAT BUT SHE DOES NOT LIVE HERE SO PLEASE REMOVE OUR NUMBER. HE THEN BECAME RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. HE THEN STARTED TO YELL AND TALK TO ME IN A DISRESPECTFUL MANNER. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS GOING TO CALL MY HOME NO MATTER WHAT I SAY. HE ADVISED THAT BECAUSE SHE HAD USED MY ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER, THE CALLS WOULD CONTINUE UNTIL SHE TOOK CARE OF THIS MATTER. I ADVISED TRACY THAT I AM AWARE OF THE RULES GOVERNING COLLECTION CALLS. I ADVISED HIM THAT ONCE I HAVE ADVISED HIM MY DAUGHTER DOES NOT LIVE HERE, MY NUMBER SHOULD BE REMOVED AND THERE SHOULD BE NO FURTHER CONTACT. HE TOLD ME I WAS WRONG AND THEY HAD THE RIGHT TO CALL ME. I ADVISED HIM TO HOLD ON AND I WAS NOW GOING TO GET THE ALABAMA ATTORNEY GE
