calls constantly turn it over to daughter who cant finish school cz she owes 28,000 ,in college debt has only 3classes left to become pscyriatist and she always says fraud. there isnt school forgiveness or continueation, till she pays off her college debt debt . they take her tax refund every yr for the debt. Alone with a 6yr old, thats most hard. shouldnt b this way.
