Called me from No caller ID Cheryl Miler left me a mesg asking to call back regarding a matter with Francis Geru and she had questions. I know no-one by this name.

Called My employer about my sister (Scam call) reported by


‘Cheryl Miller’ called saying my information was on my sister’s account in question asking me to call back and give an updated address and phone number for her. I didn’t respond since I know my information isn’t on anything of hers. She then called my cell while I was at work (I’m a bartender) and then called the restaurant right after asking to speak to me. I told her I didn’t not know the person she was looking for and to remove me from her call list. Also reporting them to 1-877-FTC-HELP. I suggest anyone else who hears from them do the same.

The woman said she had tried to get ahold of my brother and could I get a message to him, she couldn't get ahold of him at home. They had a legal claim against him and needed to talk to him. My brother didn't know what they were talking about. Googled the number. Plenty of complaints of a scam.
