717-724-9615 spoofed number rings me through my PC, looped back for a resending Caller ID. Got a web address to trace to India. Requisitioned a drone for a fly-over taping on coordinates from trace. They are calling from a third floor building with no elevator and with so many wires on their block that it looks like a spider web gone bad. Looks like they are making enough money to put in air-conditioners as the heat must be sweltering - can imagine they would only want to climb up stairs during the evening and night hours, which would explain why calls would come during the daylight hours in the USA. My guess is: Don't bother answering because it looks like they are using a computer room (Massive Heat Signature) to generate "demon dialing" over the web. Upon further research, noted the "dialers" IGNORE the triple tone greetings from disconnected phone numbers. But, I am hearing we can trick them by answering on ring one followed by a quick hang-up without speaking or producing any tones. If you did that, you could be hanging up on your good calls, so maybe wait for the Caller ID to transmit right after the first ring before pickup and immediate hang up. All I can see is desperation from the videos, they will keep it up until they find something else to do to get work (money). Good Luck!
