Scam call. Very rude. Said he was calling about electric bill. I asked which company - he said Con Edison. From the background noise it seemed this male was at a restaurant. I asked for what address - he said “for the address you pay electricity for”. I asked again, what address and then he mumbled a street number and hung up. 100% a scam and not a good one at that lol

Cold call scammer with Indian accent, first says he's calling about "electricity account". Asked to be more specific, and he says it's regarding my Con Edison account (likely cold random answer, hoping to get lucky). Asked how he got this number, because it's not linked to any electric account, Then aggressively says he needs to discuss the account. Asked who specifically he wants to speak to, and he responds "Ms. Thomas" (likely another cold response). Tell him he's called a hospital, then he says he can call back later if there's a better time. I repeat that he has called a hospital, and scammer hangs up.

scammer trying to pretend he was electric -looking for $ (Debt collector) reported by


male humam with accent from India. Rude and nasty trying to sound authoritative so I wouldn't question. Said he was from electric company and tried to get past due from me. I have solar, paid to date with ease. Total scammer. I asked to be removed from list, he said NO. CONFRONTATIONAL about everything, even rude to me for laughing. I didn't proceed long enough to see how he wanted to get my payment info. unfortunteatly tenant fell for one of these and they got about $4,000 outta her saying they were IRS. I guess the scammers know this and I get calls as same address.
