So I'd previously reported this as unknown caller sent to VM, no message.On this occassion it ran a full 1:45 and the message was so obviously scam cringeworthy. That previous call was "failure to respond on my part. Now the threat was delivered. If I didn't call them back there'd be dire consequences! So I sit and wait.....

The telemarketer called he. There was fake noise in the background like he was in a busy office. He sound like he was from India. He said he is partners with Con Edison, company called energy supply co or something. I hung up. The scammer has called before pretending to be apart of Con Edison.
