I keep getting calls from Commenity Bank for a Charlene but this isn't her number! I have been targeted for identity theft & since have been receiving phone calls from different states including out of country! Beware of calls you do not recognize & DO NOT answer them! This is a phising scam! If you call back a number you do not know, you can get slammed with a charge of $30.00 dollars or more from phone company. It's a scam to get you to call back & they charge your phone provider for calling back. PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER OR CALL BACK NUMBERS YOU DO NOT KNOW!!

This is a voice phishing ("vishing") scam. Two different calls to me, both VMs, from #s in different area codes. Claim to be bill collectors from Comenity Bank for Victoria's Secret, for my daughter (by name). State that it is urgent that she call. I checked with my daughter, she does not have account with Victoria's Secret, never has. My personal info has been hacked in the past from government and business security breaches, so I frequently get scam and spam phone calls, texts, and emails which are obviously not legit. I believe these scammers have used my information to obtain my daughter's name in this targeted vishing in an attempt to get me to panic and respond, with my and/or my daughter's personal info.
